We are Diana and Derek
A husband and wife duo who are farmers from Cornwall, and diversified into letting student accommodation 28 years ago. Over this time, we have enjoyed meeting hundreds of students from many different nationalities. We believe we have developed a great understanding of what students are looking for in accommodation, and this is shown in our testimonials.
The houses can be let to groups, or the rooms can be let individually (on separate tenancies). The tenancy length is 45 weeks, and we do not require deposits to secure accommodation. We provide well-maintained accommodation, and are very approachable landlords.
